As its mission, MIEN IN EVERY NATION, INC. offers a wide variety of services and activities that are structured to meet the social, educational, economic, recreational, and other needs of the Mien ethnolinguistic minority people in ways that are culturally appropriate.
NOTE: Although some of the recipients receiving working capital in their business endeavors under WHOmentors.com, Inc.'s program may not themselves qualify for charitable assistance as such, that fact does not detract from the charitable character of WHOmentors.com, Inc.'s program, see IRS Rev.
